What’s the difference between an open and a closed adoption contract? Which one do you think is best?

The diference is that:
Open adoption, the "new" parents send you photos and letters about what is going on.
Closed adoption, the mother gives the baby an that's over, she will never see the baby again.
I think that the closed adoption is better becouse the mother can change her mind, and want the baby back.
